Terms of Use
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FreeOnlineInvoice.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
FreeOnlineInvoice.com is a free, browser-based tool that helps you build, preview, and export invoices and related billing documents as PDF files. The Service is provided "as is" for your convenience and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
2. Free to use, no account required
The Service is free to use and does not require you to create an account. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future; if we do, existing free functionality described on this site at the time will not be retroactively removed without notice.
3. Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you enter into the Service, including business details, tax figures, and amounts billed to your customers. We do not verify, audit, or guarantee the correctness of any invoice you create. Before relying on any generated document for tax, legal, or accounting purposes, verify it meets the requirements of your jurisdiction and consult a qualified professional if needed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create fraudulent, deceptive, or forged billing documents intended to mislead any person or entity;
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal, reasonable use.
We reserve the right to block or rate-limit traffic that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service's software, design, templates, and branding are owned by FreeOnlineInvoice.com or its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you enter (your business information, line items, and so on) and to the PDF documents you generate — you're free to use them however you like for your own business purposes.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or available at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeOnlineInvoice.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which FreeOnlineInvoice.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by that law.
10. Contact
