Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 11, 2026
We want FreeOnlineInvoice.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.
What we've built in
- Semantic HTML structure with landmark regions (header, main, footer) and a "skip to content" link on every page.
- Form fields with associated labels, and error messages linked to their fields so assistive technology can announce them.
- Keyboard-operable interactive elements — tabs, accordions, and the template gallery are all reachable and usable without a mouse.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background across the interface, checked against WCAG 2.1 AA guidance.
- Respect for your device's reduced-motion preference where animations are used.
- Descriptive page titles and alt text on meaningful images.
Known limitations
We are continuing to improve accessibility across the editor and template gallery. Some areas — particularly the live invoice preview, which mirrors complex print-layout templates — may not yet be fully optimized for screen readers, since its role is primarily visual (the same information is always available in editable form in the surrounding editor fields). If you encounter a specific barrier, please let us know using the contact details below so we can prioritize a fix.
Standards we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our internal benchmark, and we review new features against these guidelines before shipping them.
Feedback
If you experience any difficulty accessing content or using any feature on this website, please tell us. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will work to address genuine barriers. Reach us through our contact page and describe the page, the assistive technology or browser you're using, and the problem you ran into.
